Paula Waterhouse
Paula a Waikato Kitchen Designer & Interior designer began her love for design in 1998 while studying Interior Design in Christchurch at the Arts and Design college.
Her journey over the last 20 years has taken her through many different disciplines in the Interior Design industry.
Specializing in bespoke Cabinetry Design, Paula also extends her experience to Spatial Design, Colour & Product Specification, Furniture and Lighting Selection.
Paula is down to earth, empathetic and thoughtful.
She enjoys spending time with her growing family, travelling and being one with nature.

Abbie Mclean
Abbie is our creative and approachable designer working on solo projects and drawings for most of our designs. Abbie has 5 years of experience in the industry, beginning her career working with tiles which inspired her to further her knowledge with a Diploma of Interior Design. She has been working for Paula Waterhouse Design for the past 2.5 years.
Abbie enjoys creating beautiful and exciting spaces for her clients and her favourite part of the job is helping them completely change how they live in their home. Her goal is to understand her clients to create a home that represents them and their personal style.
Admin + Designer
Lara Brown
Lara is our passionate and creative designer who works behind the scenes and on select projects. Lara holds a Bachelor of Media Arts, and has successfully translated her knowledge of colour theory and spacial planning to interior design.
She has been working for Paula Waterhouse Design nearly for three years, and her top priority is the get to know her clients and create functional and beautiful homes that reflects their unique persona and lifestyle.
In her personal life, Lara is a mother of three young boys and enjoys spending time with them, getting creative and trips to the beach.
